Esentepe panorama: one of the best viewpoints of Cappadocia from which you can admire the amazing geographical features of the region including, weather permitting, the highest of all Cappadocian volcanoes – Mount Erciyes.

Uchisar Fortress: the natural rock fortress is best observed from its foothills where we will take a walk to see up-close numerous dovecotes decorated with naive pictures and inscriptions from Quran. We will also look inside a fascinating cave house preserved by several generations of the same family in its original state.

Kaymakli underground city: a beautiful example of Cappadocian underground cave systems which were used for food storage and shelter by the local inhabitants starting from the time of Hittites up to the 20th century. Entrance fee is 13 Euros per person.

Keslik monastery: the most authentic of all the monastic complexes of Cappadocia, it has a very tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. There are two rock-cut churches decorated with murals from the 9th and 12th centuries, very different in style and thus more interesting to compare. We can also see the hermitages, a refectory and a humble underground baptismal pool. Entrance fee is 2 Euros per person.

Mustafapaşa: an important historical location best suited as a background for the story of the Greek-speaking Christian population that used to live in Cappadocia but not anymore. It is still famous for its magnificent architecture which includes dozens of family mansions, St. Nicholas Monastery as well as a cathedral dedicated to St. Helen and St. Constantine.

Red Valley Panorama: a superb vista of monumental multi-coloured volcanic tuff formation descending into the valley reminds you once again of all the millions of years it took to shape Cappadocia into one of the natural wonders of the world.
